All About Me
Hello, my name's McKay Winward and ever since I can remember I've had an affinity for words; fitting considering I was raised by a school teacher and bookstore owner. I had big dreams of making a career in writing, life however, had other plans. Instead, I spent the last 15 years working in fields ranging from a certified welder to a pool service technician. I also earned welding certifications and then an Associate's Degree and a Bachelor's degree double majoring in Creative Writing and Philosophy! You may be asking yourself, why in the world would I hire this guy as my copywriter? Well, in all of these fields of work and study I learned how to persuasively speak with people who may not be the most versed in the subjects (or products) they needed to know more about. As you can imagine, not many people know the ins and outs of pool pumps, heaters, plumbing, steel equipment, etc. they just knew they needed help. Therein is where I found my talent of clearly explaining the root of the problem, the available solutions and connecting them to a needed product. And now I offer those talents to you as a writer!
